If she is in Manila area she should get it a few days sooner than the province area.

We got our Visa within the 4 days that Delbros says they will deliver. Hope this helps!! God Bless!!

From Delbros Website:

PASSPORT / VISA DELIVERY

Ü How long will it take Delbros to deliver an approved passport / visa?

Our delivery commitment with the U.S Embassy is as follows:

Metro Manila - 1 to 2 working days

Provincial Areas (Key cities or within city limits) - 3 to 4 working days

Provincial Areas (outside city limits) - 5 to 7 working days

Delivery leadtime starts from the date of receipt of document from the U.S Embassy.

Ü Can I request for a specific time of delivery of my shipment?

There is no definite time as to when we will deliver a particular shipment to a

certain area. Our normal delivery time is between 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Ü Do you allow pick-up of passport / visa from your office?

No, we do not allow pick-up of passport/visa from any of our offices or branches. A passport /

visa that is endorsed to us by the Embassy has to be delivered to its designated address.

Ü Can I authorize another person to receive my passport / visa?

Yes, the passport /visa owner may authorize a representative to receive the shipment on

his/her behalf provided that the following requirements are complied with:

1) The authorized representative must be of legal age

2) The following must be presented to the courier upon delivery of the passport/visa.

a) Valid IDs of both the visa owner and its authorized representative

B) Letter of Authorization signed by the visa owner

Ü What are the requirements to be complied with to enable me to change

my delivery address?

To enable us to process your request for change of address, you are required to prepare and

submit the following documents:

a. Signed Letter of Request (indicate your tracking #, contact #, Old & New address;

state the reason why you need to change the delivery address)

b. Valid ID (e.g. SSS/GSIS, TIN, PRC, or Driver’s License)

c. Delbros’ issued Official Receipt

Kindly image or scan the above required documents and forward the same to this

e-mail address - deliveries@delbros.com.

Ü Why is my visa application still pending? What causes the delay of its release?

There may be attendant circumstances that cause the delay in the processing of a visa.

The reasons behind it are something we are not privy of. It is strongly advised then that you

communicate directly with the Embassy on this matter.

Ü Can you follow-up the status of my visa application in the Embassy?

Delbros, Inc. is contracted by the U.S Embassy merely to provide visa delivery services.

We are not authorized to follow-up the status of any visa application under any

circumstances.

Ü Why do we have to pay an individual delivery fee for my spouse, child and

myself when we are all residing in the same delivery address?

The Embassy cannot guarantee that the passport/visa of your spouse, child and yourself will

be released altogether at the same time. It is possible that one visa gets released by the

Embassy ahead of the others for a family/group-visa application. Thus, for operational reasons,

we charge a delivery fee per passport/visa because a particular passport/visa requires

significant tracking actions to comply with the security requirements of the Embassy.

Ü Why can’t I connect to your personnel whenever I call up your published

mobile number, i.e. 0917 622 1949?

The number +63917 622 1949 is Delbros’ Text Hotline number. This facility does not have the

call feature since it is designed only for Short Messaging Service (SMS) inquiries.

Yours Truly,

Maria and Steve

it means her visa is NOT yet released and still in process at the embassy.

if another line showed up saying shipment released by the embassy then that means her passport and visa is for delivery and to expect it in few days.
