You can only get a US passport as a US citizen, not a permanent resident (green card). You can apply for citizenship after 3 years of permanent residency based on marriage. You'll need to renew your passport from your home country for now.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18

You have to apply in person at a Philippine consulate to renew your Philippine PP now.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Bringing a valid, unexpired passport to your AOS interview is recommended. In case that you need temporary proof of residence, (I-551 stamp) they won't put it in an expired passport. I think that you have plenty of time to go to your local consulate and get a new passport. Good luck!!
