Corrections to application

After she received her copy of my submission, she pointed out some minor name spelling

issues.

I had already received the NOA, so I sent a copy of that letter along with a corrections letter clearing

specifying what portions of the application are being corrected. Nothing big -- just some transliteration

corrections. I presume my correction letter will simply be added to my file and that should solve the problem.

Am I being too presumptuous?

I'm afraid so. It's not likely your corrections will reach your file.

If the issues are minor I wouldn't worry about it too much but do have new copies ready just in case you get an RFE.

Yeah, just get them correct on later paperwork and don't worry about the discrepancies.

*** Thanks. They sent my original letter and copy of I-797C and envelope(!!) back. I'll take it with me on my next visit so she has it available if needed at the interview.
