Hello!

I searched through many pages but didn't find the same case as mine. Me and my husband are planning to spend this coming holiday to my Aunt's in New York and Washington DC. I know that K-1 can fly anywhere within the 50 US States and US teritories directly without immigration issues but I was wondering if I can travel if I have expired visa, I-94 and no SSN nor ID just my passport.

I really appreciate your help. Have a great Tuesday to everybody.

A passport alone will allow you to fly. Airport personnel have no idea what your immigration status is in the USA. They will your passport as your ID and you'll do the same. No biggie.... fly fly fly anywhere you like within the great 50!

Life..... Nobody gets out alive.

While you are free to travel within the US - you are still required to carry proof of your immigration status - in your case (since you've not received your GC) you should carry a copy of your I-797 Approval notice since CBP tend to hang out in airports so you never know (not a huge issue, but just for piece of mind).

P.S.

What's the status of your 'undeliverable' GC?
