I am petitioning for my mom

I see some people are submiting G 325 or G 325A. Who is submiting G 325/G 325A? Is this only for spouse visa? During the process for petitiong for my mom, do I have to submit this form?

Thanks

An I-130 has the same requirement whether for a spouse or any other immediate relative.

YMMV

May be I-129 requires G 325A

Does anybody know?

The instriuctions to the form (I-130, I-129F, etc..) indicate exactly what is required

YMMV

Here is a step by step process I found online on how to petition parents. Keep in mind that the fee is not updated.
