You are in Administrative Review. Dont hear too much about these interviews but I do remember another member dealing with the same thing. Hopefully they will see your post, or another will be able to tell you what is happening.

All the best to you.

Administrative Review, in short AR. I think, it means, the Seattle, WA USCIS office will conduct an interview at its office of the US citizen petitioner. They will perhaps ask the petitioner questions about the relationship. So take all evidences that you have to prove the relationship. I know one member of this site was interviewed by the respective local USCIS office. Just hang in there. Best of luck to you.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

This means the USICS - local office is gonna interview YOU. This is very serious. you need any and everything to prove your marriage is valid. The letter you will get will have things in there that is pretty hard to show proof of like :

1.. BRING Spouse..

2..BRING JOINT bank statement

3.. BRING JOINT lease agreement

4.. BRING birth certificate of all kids we have togeather < none yet >

5.. BRING JOINT utility bills.

to you have to bring the next best thing.

like:

1....letter from both our parents.

2..all cards, letters, e mails, chats and phone records

3.. anything I was able to add Javed too such as my insurance at work.

4..my lease agreement ....so it shows he has a place to live.

5.. proof of my assets..bank statement, 401 k, profit sharing, pay stubs

6... plane tickets from PK, receipts, credit card statements

7...Wedding DVD all 3 parts.

8...wedding pictures, pictures with his family.

9..my passport, birth certificate of mine and javed

10..divorce papers.

11. new passport pic - just in case.

12 .the marriage certificate

the compelling proofs were the letters from my mom. < if your parents write a letter of support

it MUST have a signature, address, phone numbers, > you get the point.

show phone records from the first time you communicated, chats .

rember calling cards dont count.

if you added your spouse to anything bring proof of it.

I added my husband to my work benifits this helpd, I got a copy of a letter reflecting him

as the benif, I also had a card issued for him for my legal insurance.

you get the drift.

Shon has given you valuable advice on what you are going to need for this interview. Gather as much as you can. From reading other experiences, this is not going to be an easy ride.

Good luck and best wishes

shoot.

I forgot to add something very important.

You can have an attorney at your interview. but, they can not intervine!!

the burdon of proof is on YOU. I consulted with an attorney but, decided against it.

I recommend it if you would feel comfortable about it. but, again they can not step in.

they are more less - present.
