Hi guys!

I am still shuffling these forms for the AOS application. I would like to know what are the documents needed for filing the I-864 Affidavit of Support. Does my husband need to attach Employment Letter for the I-864 Form?

Thanks in advance for the :help:

It doesnt specificly say that you do but when I didnt they sent me an RFE for the info. I have lost 2 months due to that so I would send them the letter & they want 6 months of pay stubs as well.

Six MONTHS of pay stubs? I'm not sure if I can provide that...the company I work for was purchased recently, so they wouldn't even show consistent employment.

Can I ask a nosy question and ask if you were close to the limit or well over it? I've heard that they scrutinize more closely if you are close to it.
