Has anyone had this problem?? We log into the USCIS website and try to click on our case number and it no longer clicks through to the details of our visa. Our status has not been updated and it appears that we have not been touched. This started over the weekend. Im not sure if its a computer glitch on their end or if it means that maybe something is happening with our case (wishful thinking...)

its a shame such big institution and their systems to be down, many people are relying on them they should be much better

That's for sure. The only way we all have to see what little progress can be seen, and it's not working, and hasn't been for days.

Shame on them.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

WISH! :D

maybe there are too many approvals causing the website to slow down because the website can't keep up?

Do you guys all use Safari on a Mac? I first experienced this problem on Friday evening, the 14th. It seems that they changed something in the page design that causes this as the checkbox for the case changes its state when I try to click on the case number that should open the detailed view.

When I use Firefox, this problem does not occur, it opens the detailed view, although you can see that the checkbox state changes when clicked and then it switches to the detailed view.

I can't get through to the details on my petition either, if I click my case number then the check box is ticked. This is using Explorer.

I AM able to see the case status, and the site worked fine for me the whole time everyone seemed to have problems.

My two guesses:

- We were approved On Nov.13th, so the glitch only concerns pending applications (which is the worst! I totaly understand you guys!)

- My Internet browser is Opera. Yes, the box next to the case # gets ticked, but it still opens.

Anywho... Not sure... Hope whatever it is gets fixed ASAP.

Works the same for us and we are not approved (called yesterday). I wish!

Some people said it would still show their old status but nothing after a certain date like 2-3 weeks ago.
