Hello all,

I'm very happy to say that I made it to Albany without any problems at all. Here I was with my mortgage papers and bills (In French! LOL Thank God they didn't ask for them, cause they could not have read them! LOL). This happened at the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle - Champlain, NY border.

Dex came to pick me and the girls up for 2 weeks...now I don't work because I'm still on maternity leave. I was afraid that they would not let me through. The BP guy was very nice asked me how long I was staying, where i was going, asked if I was planning on immigrating to the States. I said yes, but not right now. He asked me 2 more times. I answered the same thing. He then asked if I was planning to do anything legally and if we started any processes. i said yes that we filed for the K1 visa in October. He said ok, enjoy your trip! and that was it!

I was soooo happy!

So here I am getting ready to celebrate american Thanksgiving with my soon to be new family-in-law!
