To LV office filers, how was your experience?

My husband and I filed our application on January '08. Our AOS interview is scheduled on the 20th of November, 2008 but was cancelled due to unforeseen events. We had and InfoPass appointment an Immigration Officer V. Fernandez told us that their office haven't received our papers from their main office yet (Missouri, i guess).

I have read in other threads that some filers who applied later than us have already been interviewed and received their green card. Is the Las Vegas office a little messed up?

Anyone on the same boat as I? :(
