I have some questions for those already completing their I-864

I am a recent college graduate who has started working in January 2008. I make more than 125% of the federal poverty amount. My questions is this though:

1) Do I sitll need to provide paper work for these returns - especially the 2008 when I did not file?

April 2008 Tax Return: I did not file because I did not work the previous year

April 2007 Tax Return: I did file, but I only made maybe $15,000 the whole yar

April 2006 Tax Return: I did not file, my father filed for me

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For assets -

2) I do not own anything - or have any savings! (I really have nothing in my name, no car, no house, no rent and have less than $3000 in the bank). Should this be a problem?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For household income -

3) Do I include my mom's income? I live at home with my mom - I assume I do not add her for household income.

Thank-you for the help!

Hello

What you can do is get a letter from your current job, stating how much money are you going to make for the whole year, and maybe print out or send at least the last current paystubs if u can get them.

I don't think it matters if you don't have anything in your name, as long as you make above poverty line

125 %= Household of 2 = 17.500

Hope this helps and good luck
