Waiting January interview

Hi!

Our case was completed on the 5th, and NVC told us that we wouldn't get a December interview... they told us to call again on the 21st to know the interview date. BUT we called again (just in case), and the operator told us that there was still a chance to get a December interview, to call back on the 21st...

Is anyone on the same situation? Why do they have more than one answer for every single question?

They told me to call back after the second week of December to see if I have an interview date, but told me they can't know when the interview may be scheduled. I can always tell they are reading something from the computer when they do it, lol. I get the same answer every time with the exact same words.

Oh I know! The guy who talked to me kept reading, and reading and some more reading. I just wanted to get off the phone and dance. I knew from the rest of the VJs that he was reading.
