We need a co sponsor right ?

In fact we asked already his mother to be the one just in case ....

Thnks

With income right at/near (and certainly if below) the minimum - it is a good idea to have a co-sponsor. The embassy/consulate may chose to not use it (and return their documents to you) - but just in case it'd be good to have on hand.

It depends on how much household you have.Check on 2008 Poverty Guidelines on USCIS web page.

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT IS NOT RUDE, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUST, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERSE. LOVE NEVER FAILS.
