My K-1 Fiancee Visa expires on Nov 25th. We were married on Sept. 4th within the 90 days of our Visa. Do we have to file for AOS before our Visa expires? (we're nearly finished the paperwork...waiting on the Affadavit of Support, GRrr!) Or is it fine if it gets in after the 25th, considering the only requirement of the Visa is to marry the said Fiance within 90 days?

I hope someone has a good answer as time is running out quickly!

Candace :)

Is there now a new date that it needs to be filed by?
