Just dont have your medical on a MONDAY. Lots of people every Monday... Better to go on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Will just take a peek then. BTW...what happens once we get there?

They'll ask you for your letter, passport, pictures, etc. before they let you in and then give you a form to fill out (hence the black pen). Go to the registration queue and submit the form. Then you'll be given an instruction sheet complete with a flowchart of the whole process.

I forgot to tell you, if you plan to take a peek in the afternoon, see if you can already pay for the medical and if possible some initial tests. At least you can have a headstart the following day.

i went there on a thursday 1:30pm and got out of the building at 3:45pm, very smooth, then on my second day, friday, i was instructed to come after lunch so i arrived there about 1:30pm and left the building about 6pm, but that was okay, i guess thursday and friday afternoon is the best time, good luck! :)

Is what I plan to do...bring the needed documents when we take a peek. Would save us a day at the hotel too, as well as a schoolday for the child and a workday for me :)

And I also need my husband's SSN?

No. It won't be needed. And you also shouldn't be giving out your husband's SSN.

Ok. Thought that was needed on the forms.

I took my medical after lunch, and I finised on second day(I don't have to get up early morning). Just take your passport, your daughter's passport, appointment letter from US Embassy, and fees for physical examination. Take a baby sitter with you.

Ooh! I I just remembered that I've noticed the cashier was closed after lunch which means most probably you can't start your medical after lunch. I could still be mistaken though. Anyway, bring lots of cookies and include some for you too! Wishing you the best in your medical. :)

Wow  closed at noon!

Last 2007 they were openned.
