this day is going sooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooooooow.

I guess I can tell my most embarassing story EVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

I took the girls to get their haircut. Before I made the appt I asked how much it would be and the woman said $22 for children 11 and under. Well my girls are 11 and 12 but I figured I'd fudge it one year to save $20 or so.

We all got our hair done, looked great and I went to go pay. There at the register were my daughters and I and a couple of the hairdressers and the woman at the cashier. She asked how old the kids are and I said Emily is 11 and Megan is 10, at which point Emily looks at me and says, "why are you lying mom??? I"m 12!! You KNOW I'm 12!!!"

:blink::blink::blink::blink::blink::blink:

Her haircut went from $22 to $40 and I was the most embarassed parent on the planet. I don't think red is the right color to describe my face at the time. More like crimson!!!! It was a VERY VERY quiet ride home. :angry:
