Only 1 person replied to my question about getting a new job. I have sent in the I-130 and the G325'z stating that I work in one place but am desperately looking for a position that will not stress me out as much. God knows I have enough to deal with as it is. I am sure you all know what I am talking about as well. I would truly appreciate any advise anyone may have, no matter how harsh. If this should be a common sense situation, wll I guess common sense ain't so common. Will this be a problem? I actually have a job interview on tues. the 6th, and I hope I get it. If I am offered the position, should I take it?? :unsure:

I would definitely accept the new position if it will be less stressful for you. If the information on the G325A is different at the interview, bring along a new copy with updated information.

I agree w/ raymage. You should accept the position and u could very easily send another form G-325A as an addendum to ur petition already filed. Or u can just do as raymage has said and bring it along to the interview.

Not good plan to send anything to USCIS that isnt requested as more likely they wont know what to do with it. Additional forms etc should only be sent in accordance with an RFE.

When forms are completed they are done so with the current information. If one changes address, then yes notify USCIS. There is no need to submit an updated G-325A at interview as the information was current at the time of approval.

You will have the chance to note new job on the affidavit of support along with any documentation. Good luck with the job interview :thumbs:
