We went for dinner with my husband's coworker last night. The coworker was explaining that not much else matters in life (ie: economy, politics, a future) as the world is going to end in 2012. I think he really believes it, since he was trying to explain the science behind it.

Whatever will the Mayan apocalyptic bunch do?

They'll be in their bunkers and they won't know that its 2013. Actually they might hear the fireworks and think that the end has come.
