Hi everyone :)

Thought I'd check with my friends in the Canada forum first since things are much easier to keep track of here than in the AOS section.

We're getting married next week and will be able to get marriage certificates right after the ceremony. My question is where do I find and make sure I've got all the required forms for AOS, EAD and AP?

Also, I'll be applying for my SSN on Monday, Nov. 24, since it'll have been two weeks and a few days since I entered the US. Should I wait until I receive my SSN to start the AOS, EAD and AP processes?

Hello, you can download all the forms from www.uscis.gov. Well if you filed your AOS, EAD, AP before your SSN will arrive in your mail, just put "none" for all questions that asking you to provide your SSN. It's really up to you whether you wanted to wait until your SSN will arrive and file your AOS, EAD, AP or you wanted to file it ahead...it depends on how you feel.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
