more than 90 days

Hi! I filed on August 12 and still no word on my EAD and AP. I had my biometrics taken on Sept 7. I am trying to schedule an infopass appointment but it says day after day that there are no appointments available in my area... What can I do??? How can I schedule an infopass??

Did you receive any RFEs from USCIS? If not, you can call USCIS and ask the customer service about the status of your EAD. You can request for your EAD to be expedited since 3 months has passed (if you did not receive RFEs).

If it is past the 90- days I would call for sure...I got both mine in less than 90 but man was I stressing out about it! Good luck.please keep us all up to date aqnd God Bless

I did recieve one RFE for the vaccinations. I replies with 3 days. What happens if you have received an RFE?? When can I call to get the EAD expedite? As I salid I am trying to schedule an info pass but it tells me there are no appiontments available...??
