We sent out our i130 packet with more than enough evidence for approval of i130. It's been 90 days yesterday since NOA1 and we had a baby boy on Fri Nov 14 2008. He is soo beautiful. I just wish for this process to run better. Do you think it's time I call them and check it out and see whats going on or should I wait. Any anwsers would be great. Thank you!!

Tommymac,

congrats on the new baby. But what brnidokiegurl says is true. There are people here on VisaJourney.com who have been waiting at Vermont since April. Complaining to the 1-800 number or your congressman just gets you the normal response that your application is "within normal processing times". Sorry, for the bad news but try to remain hopeful and patient.

Congrats on the babyboy!

Well with the transfers to CSC, once VSC starts back up it may mean a shorter wait if you're not transferred to CSC before then! That's my motivation. Good luck to you and glad the little one made it safely!!!
