Coria, I am sorry to say that I actually understand. I wish I didnt. You will get through this. You will survive this. It wont be easy . But here my thoughts to you. Take one hour at a time as you grieve. Then those hours will stretch into half days and before you know it, you will be able to take on day at a time. Cry as much as you can to get it out.

Then....if you can.. In a few weeks , venture out and talk to people online and in the real world. A good talk site is www.paltalk.com and they have nice rooms where you can just talk in a friendly way. Get out of the house even if it kills you. you need to just walk away from this in the best way possible. Sometimes losses are so huge all you can do is break them down to simple survival. Someone abandoning you and you love them so much is so hard.. But you will see in a few months you will look back at this and see all kinds of red flags and you will understand things much more

And play this song alot alot alot And realise there are alot of women like you.. and alot moved on to meet the right person.. You can do it.. You can do this and you can survive this junk

I'm so sorry, Coria. I hope you can take time to grieve and lean on your friends and family there for support. You will find someone amazing - you are still very young and though it may not seem like it now, you *will* find someone and be happy again. I do think it worked out better splitting up before you gave up your life and moved to a different country, at least there you have people you can count on and can move on without having to be alone in the US and worry about immigration issues. Again, I'm so sorry.

I refrained from writting anymore because i was getting worked up, worrying more than was necessary and being drained for several reasons, A lot of us had warned you to begin preparing for sad news as it obviously wasnt going in the right direction after he gave you a date!

Its very hard for you yes i understand, especially since this is a festive season, how on earth did he pick now of all the times in the world? Why let it linger till Jan 02? Whats going on behind closed doors there?

My fruustration.....

Do you take time to read our responses or just scan through them? Its hard i agree but you ll never get better advice and encouragement like you have found here as these caring, nice, calming, thoughtful, experienced men and women, old and young have taken time out to write to you, not just a few words but lengthy messages, some have shown experience some have used parables.

Coria, you are young, you have been patient, you have cried enough, its time to say good riddance to bad rubbish, take nice, long warm showers and scented baths, drink some apple ciders! Wear some lovely soothing lipstick straighten your hair and put some blushes on, look in the mirror and say .... he didnt deserve me and i will NOT be miserable for you all my life....

Alot of us have tried to advice, encourage and guide you in preparing for the worse, accepting it and moving on... leaving him in your past! I know its hard to explain but sincerely we have had worse experieces! We survived, i Did....

My fiancee got my bridesmaid and best friend pregnant 7 months to our wedding,all for a few minutes of groin gratification! its a long story, i lost my fiancee and best friend in one day, everything i had worked for, and i heard of it all through a lousy txt message, meanwhile it had been circulating round me while i was busy shopping for the wedding, silly me..... but i'm still here, laughing in his sorry face, so my dear, i've been there, others have seen worse, we listened, learned and survived!

I cant say more than i have, neither can i match words with some fine comments you have had, please Coria, re-read, take it in and accept the situation... then and only then would healing process begin..
