K-1 medical has wrong information

I should have asked this question when I realized the mistake 3 weeks ago -

I received my medical examination on Oct. 29 in Vancouver. I passed and picked up my results later that day. Upon returning back to the consulate to drop off the results and complete my interview, I realized that the medical office's staff copied down the wrong date I received varicella - they wrote 1984 (I was born in 85) when my email and my doctor's letter states 1989 (it was a verbal confirmation that was never confirmed at the doctor's office).

I brought this to the consulate's attention when I returned with the results and was told to not worry about it. However, I'm now worried about filling in the I-693 vaccination section as I was planning on using the doctor from texas (Dr. L. E. Arnold, he will fill out and send the form for a nominal fee via fax).

*update*

I think I just found the answer to my question, but i'll still post this for further advice: I wondered if verbal confirmation would trump the K-1 medical form when the I-693 is filled. CDC website states in FAQ section:

"Acceptable immunization documentation must come from a vaccination record. This is either a personal vaccination record or a copy of the medical record with entries made by a physician or appropriate medical personnel. Only those records of doses of vaccines that include the dates of receipt (month, day, and year) are acceptable. Self-reported doses of vaccines without written documentation are not acceptable. If vaccination records presented by an applicant appear to have been altered, the civil surgeon should disregard the records and consider the applicant to be unvaccinated."

In the technical instructions section under 'proc. to complete I-693 vaccination section...":

"If a reliable written or oral history of varicella disease is given, “VH” (varicella history) must be written in the “Completed Series” box for varicella."

The former states that verbal confirmation is not valid. The latter states it is. Would my doctor's letter (canadian doctor) that states I contracted varicella in 1989 be a 'reliable' source for the civil surgeon? Should I forgo the texan doctor and settle for a more expensive, but in-person interview with a local civil surgeon where I can better plead my case? Should I be worried that I will need to receive a titres test to prove immunity?

Thanks for your advice!
