I tell people to just roll the bones and don't mess with a visa extension.

If you overstay they will usually overlook it at the airport when you leave.

Yeah that used to be the case up until a year ago , but it has gotten a lot more expensive and immigration is imposing some hefty fines even going 1 day over.

I know a couple of guys that missed their flights because of overstaying 3-4 days. Immigration purposely delayed them and fined them heavily. On the other side i've also heard of people having no problem at all with overstaying a few days.

I guess your right though....... it's a roll of the dice

I-129F NOA1 : 05-27-08

I-129F NOA2 : 09-18-08

NVC Received :09-25-08

Consulate Received :09-30-08

Packet 4 Received :10-03-08

Medical : 10-22 /23-08 PASSED

Interview Date :11-5-08- PASSED-YEAH

Visa Received-- 11-12-08 EXACTLY 7 DAYS WAIT

POE 11/25- Guam.....on to Orlando,Fl

Got Visa in less than 6 months with the help of VJ and it's great community .....THANKS !!!
