i read some process about the K1 progress of other applicant

and have some questions.

just want to ask what do you mean by "touched" on the timeline that they post?

and how do we know that?

who will received a notification about the progress of our appllication?

is it me? the recipient or my fiance in the U.S?

we also want to know whats next to do after filing the I-129F?

sorry we dont have any attorney to guide us.
