can the immigrant use his income to sponsor himself when he apply for AOS . but he start work 4 months ago . the checks stubs and the emplyer letter will be enough?

Need copies of joint bank statements also....also any other evidence that the two of you are in a bonafide marriage. Who sponsored him for his visa? If you did, your income is also part of the picture now.

joint rental agreement, joint bank accounts is a big one, health insurance, electric, gas everything that u use if u have both names on it i would use it cuz u have to prove that ur living together as husband wife........and im sure someone with more experience than me will tell u better about this but i think u have to use ur income and what u used for his k1 visa as well as the income he is making and letter from his employer.....Good luck my prayers are with

The guidance states that a sponsored immigrant’s income may be used toward meeting the sponsor’s income requirement if the immigrant has been living in the sponsor’s residence for at least 6 months prior to the adjustment interview.

I don't know if 4 month are enough

Isn't part of sponsoring the immigrant that you have to sign the I864 and be responsible for the person for a period of time (the issue that some people try to get out of when they divorce)? Are you trying to use his income a long with yours to meet the guidelines or are you trying to get of the financial responsibility?
