Is it possible to use a K3 visa for constant travel in/out of USA without ever doing an Adjustment of status (in short, staying a non-immigrant)?

Im a US Citizen, my husband is Filipino. We want to be able to travel in/out of the US constantly, which is getting to be a problem with a tourist visa he's on. He does not want to work in the USA or permanently reside in USA because he has business globaly and cannot be tied down to the residency restrictions of a green card. However, we visit the USA for a cumulative total of approximately 5.5 to 6.6 mos/year, ideally.

Someone recommended a K3 visa for him, and just renew it every 2 years, but when I looked online, it stated that K3 is primarily to get the spouse to the USA and process a green card.

Thanks

No, you cannot renew the K3 visa every two years. It's good for two years and multiple entries during that time and can potentially be extended for some purpose connected with immigrating.

Perhaps some sort of business visa would be a better choice.

Its only renewable if he has an AOS application on file that's taking longer than usual. K3 is not a tourist visa, it is a dual intent visa for someone with a USC spouse to become a US legal permanent resident.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
