hi guys

just wanted to make sure i am doing this correctly. when you go on the uscis site, you put in the MSCxxxx on the application receipt number to check your status right? i tried to do it today and it said pls check your receipt number to make sure it right coz its not coming up

Sep 21 2007 Proposed and she accepted
Dec 9 2007 Arrived in Manila
Dec 15 2007 Returned home, very sad day
Dec 21 2007 Sent Form I-129F to CSC
Dec 24 2007 Packet received at CSC
Dec 31 2007 NOA 1 received
Jan 02 2008 Check cashed
May 05 2008 NOA2
May 12 2008 Received letter from NVC MNL2008xxxxxx
May 19 2008 Paid Delbros fee at Metrobank
May 20 2008 First day of medical
May 21 2008 Told to return for sputum test
May 21 2008 Delbros confirmed receiving payment

It is more than common for the case status not to be available on line..if you read this forum you'll fing hundreds of cases like yours...sometimes it doesn't show up until after the biometrics..sometimes it won't show up at all

USCIS is not the best at the online updates... for example my husband's naturalization case was filed in august 07 and finalized in June 08...his status was not available for 3 months and since then it's the same "case received and pending" even though it was apporved and done with it

Don't panic..try to call the automated service or wait until the biometrics and try again :)

NOA 1 06/27/2008

Bio Appt 07/25/2008

Interview 11/05/2008 APPROVED!

Card Production order 11/05/2008 and again on 11/10/2008

Touched 11/06/2008, 11/12/2008

Approval Notice Received 11/10/2008

Exactly, don't stress out over this. A lot of us have gone through this, it's "normal". It happened to US, it took a LONG time for us to be able to see our case on line.

3.17.08 - Received both NOA's in the mail

3.21.08 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail, biometrics Appt. 4.02.08

5.05.08 - EAD Card Production ordered GOT EMAIL (we received the same email on 5.09.08)

5.13.08 - Approval Email for EAD (so the card was ordered first, and then we were approved...hum)

5.15.08 - EAD Card Received in mail.

8.08.08 - WE GOT OUR INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT YAY...9/12/08 - INTERVIEW APPROVED

9.24.08 - Received Green Card in the mail YEAH!
