Having been around VJ for awhile (yep, its a new ID but I am an old hack at this), I have to side with the Platymeister. His observations are spot on and can apply to men or couples from many geographic locations. I like the way he added the humor to it. He did not call names and when you've read as many posts as Platy, Magenta, Charles and a multitude of others here, you will realize where he is coming from. His experience here is considerable and his wisdom is top notch though I often question his intelligence! (He did marry Mags so he can't be a complete idjyt!)

If what he posted pertains to you then I can understand your inclination to get riled up, but if these generalizations do not fit your persona/situation/relationship, then why worry about it? Throwing a tizzy only makes you look guilty.

Trying to garner support for your cause? He didn't insult a collective "you". He didn't even insult you. But your reaction clearly shows your self-esteem is in the crapper. Do you have any idea how typical you are and how predictible your responses are. Try being original. Don't be such a cookie cutter example of an affection starved, "daddy didn't love me", "I have worth because my husband paid for me", little girl.
