Can someone please advise regarding Affidavit of Support I-134 Line 10 which says that I have submitted visa petition(s) to the BIS and Immigration on behalf of the following persons

Here is my question. I filed a K1 way back in 1987. Do I also have to list that person and the date on this line in addition to my current K1 beneficiary? Or, do I just list my current K! Fiance and the NOA1 date? I am confused please advise. THANKS.

As you are not sponsoring this previous person then I can't see any reason to add them.

The form refers to your CURRENT application.

Other forms may have already asked you about previous sponsoring and /or applying for a K1

Dantheman,

The question asks you to list the people for whom you have submitted visa petitions and the date when the petitions were submitted. You write that you have submitted petitions. List them.

Jaylen Brit,

How do you figure that? Neither the form nor the instructions say that the question applies only to the current application.
