Hi guys, my fiance arrived here over 2 weeks ago. We had problems from the start and I decided its best to let her go back. She went to her friend's place last week and she was supposed to leave today. I know she and her friend are lying to me and she is still here in the states. Is there anything I can do to stop all this from going on? I mean I brought her here to be with me, not to be on vacation with her friend.

its so sad to read post like this, but my story is diff after i got my visa my fiancee suddenly dumped me..no reasons, he stopped calling, he ignored me till now.its ok if i was dumped as long he will just talk to me, so that i will know where i stand.if he have the gots to tell me he doesnt want me to come to us because he just realized he doesnt love me well thats ok..ill probably accept that, what can i do? but to ignore me..thats another story.im worried now my visa will expire next month...pls pray for me guys...thank and have a nice day to all...

I am sorry that this happened to you. I wonder, though, if perhaps something happened to your fiance? Is he sick, in hospital, unable to write? If he cut you off suddenly without a word I would be worried about something like that happening. Is there anyway you can check to see if he is alright?

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Now she is trying to pay someone else to help her stay here. Is it possible for her to do this, to get married to another US citizen?

She cant marry anyone else, except you, bcoz u are the petitioner, K-129 is very strick process, tourist visa is easier bcoz she can "hide and hide ;D" and she can marry someone else just to get greencard and be able to stay in US...but fiance or spouse visa is different...she has 90 days to stay in USA, after that, she will be deported and will be sent back here in Phil once d immigration caught her overstaying...better for her to come back before 90 days to avoid being banned in USA.

But.....I pity her too...she has lack of knowledge about this, or maybe lack of counseling/seminar...why it happened? But, a peice of advise, if you love her...pls win her back, bcoz I know that you gone through of so many trials before she arrived in USA. You both deserve to be happy its only a matter of miscommunication. Good Luck to you both.

Im so sad to learned about your sad love story...my sympathy is with you...5 yrs ago, i was hearthbroken also, my BF married my co-tcr. Theres no closure on that except that he repeatedly told me that he did what is best for us, that one day il talked to him thanking about what he did. At that time i cant understand why it happend, it really true that the greatest gift of God sometimes came wrapped in pain...until 4 yrs ago, I found my fiance, simple and resposible...he loves me and thats I remembered what my ex BF told me about...God si so good, you will find the right guy for you. Have faith to God and God will send back what is good for each and everyone of us. God Bless.
