Can someone please advise regarding Affidavit of Support I-134 Line 10 which says that I have submitted visa petition(s) to the BIS and Immigration on behalf of the following persons

Here is my question. I filed a K1 way back in 1987. Do I also have to list that person and the date on this line in addition to my current K1 beneficiary? Or, do I just list my current K! Fiance and the NOA1 date? I am confused please advise. THANKS.

dantheman,

What's the confusion? The question asks if you've submited visa petitions, you write here in you post that you have. So provide the information that is asked for.

List ALL of them that you've ever submitted. I would probably write the current one first and then list the previous one after it

Don't worry that you have petitioned someone in the past (20 years ago!) It will have no bearing on this case. Disclose all the petitions that you filed and don't worry too much. Good Luck
