Hi all! Thanks to everyone for your help in getting us this far. He received Packet 3 in the mail today, and one of the requirements is a copy of my former marriage certificate. I have my divorce papers and those are included, so do they really need the marriage certificate???

Also...it is a bit unclear who I send the completed I-134 and supporting financial documentation to. Do I send this to him in Holland to take to the Consulate, or am I supposed to mail it to the consulate? The directions are a bit unclear.

Thanks again!

Regan

Follow the instructions that come with the P3. They want a woman's past marriage certificate to document name changes, so you'll need to send it. Unless instructed otherwise, send the I-134 and supporting documentation to him to carry to the interview.
