Hello. Might any of you know the process of brining a family member only on a Visitor's Visa?

It depends on the country - if the country of citizenship is a non-Visa Waiver Program country, the foreign citizen needs (at a minimum) complete a DS-156 and make an appointment with the US Embassy/Consulate in their country.

You can send a personal invitation letter to the person so the Consulate knows that you are inviting them and that they will not become a public charge once here. They will need to fill out the form and submit the visa fee and the Consulate will give them an interview date in a few days time. They will need to show strong ties to the country like finances, property, family so the CO knows that they do not have a reason to settle down in the US.
