Hi,

My wife just received her results from her physical and was concerned about a box that was checked in the immunization record sheet.

Under "2. Results," "Vaccine history is incomplete" is checked. Then under that, "applicant may be eligible for blanket waivers because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above)"

There are 10 total vaccines that he checked, all with the reason of "Not age appropriate."

The vaccines are:

DT or DTP or DTaP

Polio

Rotavirus

Hib

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

meningococcal

Zoster

Pneumococcal

Influenza

My wife has no vaccination record from China so she had to get titer tested for most. She only needed to get the HPV vaccine at the physical. I'm assuming these are vaccines that are given to kids hence the "not age appropriate." Am I correct? Is there anything to worry about going forward to the interview?

Thanks for any help.
