Downloaded Form Not Accepted In BKK?

My fiancee heard some rumor (they seem to be popular in Thailand) that the BKK embassy is no longer accepting the downloaded medical form from the embassy website and that they now only accept the paper form that is mailed with packet 3.

This seems ridiculous to me but even some nurses at the hospital claim to have heard this.

Any idea if this could possibly be true?

EXACTLY! I saw that and pointed it out and everyone still holds to the story that the Embassy won't accept it. I think it's just another silly rumor (Thailand is full of rumors about visas and immigration). I've emailed the embassy and the NVC, but they haven't responded.

OK, As I suspected: THIS RUMOR IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I received confirmation from the embassy. Sigh... so many rumors in BKK...
