Question on copu things on packet

I got 2 questions that im looking for answer...

1. My fience has a long name.... First Middle Middle and Last.

Should I leave the typed copy of that section blank and write it in by hand?

or

Attach another sheet of paper stating her full name

2. I says to attach proof of meeting within 2years...

I have Hotel Bill, Flight to Manila, and flight with her to Boracay, pictures, and i think other info

Do I send the Originals or can I keep the Original and send the photo copy (picture fine cause i can make more)

Question 1: In the Philippines, middle names are not the second name. Its our mom's maiden name. (e.g. If her name is Lorraine Rhea Trinidad Rizal. First name: Lorraine Rhea / Middle name: Trinidad / Last name: Rizal)

But just to be sure, use whatever name that is in her birth certificate or passport (well those 2 has to be exact match).

Question 2: Send your fiance a copy of everything that you sent to USCIS. Copies are fine but i suggest make them colored copies.

For Name I did a "See Attached" Supplement and typed out her complete name:

First:

Middle:

Last:

Then I signed it also.
