Maybe. I mean I took two semesters of French and all I can say is "oui".

But no, Obama can't speak it at all. He had a TV spot playing on the Spanish channels here in the US and it was awesome, he had an accent but very clear and the tone was perfect. Later on I found out he had 30 minutes to memorize it and recorded it, not knowing the words he was saying.

It's probably one of those wimpy regulation sized courts with the hoop at 10 feet. Obama needs an extra 5 for those hops.
