foreign fiance change of address...what form to use?

im the foreign fiance and i need to change of address. does anyone know what form to use? i looked at form AR-11, but it looks like the form is only if the foreign fiance is currently in the US?

Forget changing anything at the USCIS stage. When the petition is approved, contact the NVC immediately to change your address if that is where packet three is to be sent. If you miss it at the NVC, then it can be done at the consulate.

You are right in that AR-11 is for those already in the US.

I needed to change my address too while our case is being processed..but USCIS can not change it..so we tried to catch it at the NVC,but it was already sent to Montreal Consulate. I change my address through email twice and by letter once and I got a response through email saying they noted it on my file..still my Packet 3 was sent to my old address..then I sent another email changing my address again and asking them to send my P4 to my new address...I haven't got my P4 yet but I'm a little bit skeptical that they're gonna send it to my new address..so I what I did was, I just change address at the post office...i had to pay about $30 for 6 month service but I hope to receive my P4 at my new address

Yes address changes are always tricky because they reply saying they noted the address change then we get mails to the old address. Best is to both email and call the Consulate and give them the new address. Certainly DON'T try changing the address with the USCIS or NVC because that would be useless.

Hopefully you will know someone at the old address so they can either redirect the package or let you know it has arrived, just in case.
