I was wondering how long should I wait before I contact the FBI to check of my fingerprints and whether or not they were rejected??

I had my Biometrics done on November 4th.

  • 09/27/2008 - I-485/I-765 mailed to Chicago Lockbox
  • 09/30/2008 - Package received
  • 10/02/2008 - NOAs mailed out
  • 10/03/2008 - Check cashed
  • 10/06/2008 - Both applications appear online

  • 10/17/2008 - I-765 touched
  • 10/18/2008 - Biometrics Appointment received

Hello,

I would call today. I called yesterday and unlike USCIS it was easy to get information. I did not need my husband on the phone with me. They asked for name, and A#. We had biometrics on September 25th and the representative informed us that my husbands fingerprints were returned to USCIS THE NEXT DAY! Hope this helps.

I would call today. I called yesterday and unlike USCIS it was easy to get information. I did not need my husband on the phone with me. They asked for name, and A#. We had biometrics on September 25th and the representative informed us that my husbands fingerprints were returned to USCIS THE NEXT DAY! Hope this helps.

June 6 2008 Delbros sent doc ver request to the NSO
June 27 2008 NSO doc ver completed, to be picked up by USEM
July 1, 2008 Called USEM, doc ver is at the embassy
July 30, 2008 Passed the sputum test and finished the physical
Aug 5, 2008 Interview, PASSED received PINK SLIP
Aug 12 2008 VISA IN HAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you God
Aug 16,2008 Flight to US. Manila to Narita, to Chicago
Sept 8, 2008 Civil wedding
Feb 14, 2009 Big fancy wedding

Yay....now just got to get them hurry with the name and background check!

it is called technology.....

technically the fingerprints and name check results are known the same second they put them into the system in ASC...

unless the name is bringing some flags and require some digging...
