On question 24 - the example form has 'NONE' listed in letter b, but then has the box checked in letter "e" saying the person listed above [insert name] does not need to fill out an i-864A because he is the intending immigrant but has no dependent children etc.

My wife wrote my name in "e" even She wrote "NONE" in "b". We assumed that example form of I-864 from VJ that somebody filled out was correct. Please check the example form from this site for I-864. Somebody wrote the person name on it even he/she put NONE in "b". Do you think i'm possibly getting a RFE because of this? THanks in advance...

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

The example form is correct, especially for almost all K1/K3/Marriage-related visas - the term/phrase "person listed above" is referring to the intending immigrant. When you're dealing with these types of forms (especially government forms) you have to keep in mind that they almost aways have multiple uses (for instance, the example may not apply to a co-sponsor)

I think I had another problem in this part....Quesstion 24 © ..I forgot to add the household income ( i'm stupid),. (Total all lines from 24a and 24b. Will be Compared to Poverty Guidelines -- See Form I-864P.) I put "NONE" on "B"..do you think this is a big deal? Can't the immigration will do the addition? 24a (i.e. &22,222.22) and 24b is "NONE" so the 24c would be....$22,222.22 (I forgot to add this and this section iwas "empty") Do you think this would be the problem? Can't they do the addition and fill out this section? I'm really frustrated.....thanks

Unfortunately it's not their responsibility (nor their right) to complete this or any form for you/us. Can they add? sure but they can not complete a form for you - will they let it pass? Unknown - if they don't it's an easy fix so don't worry.
