Hello Everyone

ShaSha has been in the United States since May and we are planning to go back to the Philippines soon to see her family for the holidays. She already has her work auth and social security card but we are still waiting on her green card approval. We have already went and got her finger printing/biometrics but we are still waiting for the interview. We do have her advance parole for travel also. Has anyone had experience with this? Should we get the name on her passport when we get the plane ticket or my last name which is on the advance parole, marriage certificate, social security card, and work auth card? Or should we get her last name before marriage because thats what is on her passport then take all other docs and forms with us to show we got married? Any help would be great so we dont have any problems coming back. Also does anyone know how long we can be gone with advance parole?

Thanks and goodluck to everyone

Airline tickets MUST be booked using PASSPORT name. The airline officials compare passport with tickets, is they don't match, you wont be boarding the plane, probably wont even get past security.

Simply carry AP docs and a copy of marriage cert to show how name changed from passport name to that on the AP docs when leaving foreign country and re-entering the USA.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
