Hi everyone,

I had tried everything up to now, I hired an attorney which he requested another interview for my fiance which they will answer in couple a weeks which has a little chance, but I tried it anyway.

I filed a new K-1 last week, What should I do with the denial petition which Guangzhou Consulate suppose to send back to USCIS.

I emailed all information to the Senetors and Congressman, they said they get back to me next two weeks.

This responed I got from an attorney which I had emailed, he got back to me with his responed. It's very confusing for me:

"Hi. It is IMPORTANT to file your rebuttal evidence BEFORE the

new K-1 is approved.

The reason is - consulates are not supposed to deny for reasons

that were known to USCIS at the time of approval.

Do you have a receipt number yet?

I recommend you send them a rebuttal to the consulate's findings -

with evidence - as soon as you get one.

I charge $1500 for the entire process. It's best to start with

an interview though. To interview your fiance with a translator

would be $200."

I have to wait for a few weeks anyway to hear from Guangzhou Consulate, If they give us another interview and then I look for an attorney to find out what to do with old K-1.

Do anyone have any ideas or suggestion for me. I will pray to God that visa denial never happened to anyone, I can't sleep at night and she is crying. I am helpless.
