They probably have no good recipes for the sprouts, some suggestions:
  1. curry (tomato-based gravy)
  2. saambaar
  3. variation on #2, but tamarind-free with green-split-pea subbed for toor-daal
  4. desi-style sautée

I can't say that I've tasted what comes out of me, but I don't think brussel sprouts taste that way - although they may smell that way when cooking. Then again, everyone's palate is different.

PEAS, they are in almost everything, evil I tell ya, beets also not on my top favorite. I am pretty good at all vegs, but those nasty peas.
