Not fond of turnip greens. I don't like cold salad with lettuce and carrots. Baby spinach salad is good, though, as are cooked or juiced carrots. I don't care for raw broccoli or cauliflower, but I like both steamed. I love Brussels sprouts with a little lemon, like sweet baby cabbages I also love tomatoes, cooked onions, edamame, most legumes, bean sprouts, corn, water chestnuts, green beans, cooked mushrooms, olives, cukes, spaghetti and other squash, eggplant...hey, I'm not as big a hater as I thought I was.

Oh, forgot okra -- love it. I like fried okra especially, but I don't need all that oil. Bought a bag of cornmeal breaded okra the other day and stuck it under the broiler instead of frying it -- tasted even better that way.

can you teach me to make spinach souffle? i had it at a restaurant in ms and it was sooooooo good. can't say i've ever attempted a souffle before, have you? i know you're not supposed to open the oven while they are cooking and eat em before they sink, that's about it though.

my mom used to grow butter crunch lettuce in her garden.. mmmmm that was good...

I am not a huge fan of cabbage... I only like it in cabbage rolls, borscht or cole slaw... I couldn't just eat it by it self

omg iceberg lettuce has no flavor. it just tastes like the plastic it's wrapped in. if i have to eat actual "lettuce" it's either romaine or red leaf. mainly I buy arugula or mixed baby greens and sometimes frisee if I'm feeling like something different mixed in there

I think the only vegetable I truly dislike is brussel sprouts and believe me, I have tried them numerous ways. When we go to hubby's family for the holidays, his mother always make a brussel sprouts dish (the cooking method and other ingredients vary from year to year).
