I love most veggies. One of my favorites is the following recipe:

Cube 1 zucchini

Cube 1 crook neck squash

Chop 1 small onion

Saute in olive oil until soft, but not mushy, then add:

1 diced tomatoes

Only warm the tomatoes, do not over cook

Take off heat and add:

Add salt according to your taste

2 T white vinegar

juice of one lemon

Serve immediately

I hate hate HATE carrots. Not fond of okra or swede either. Apart from that I like all veggies.

What we Ukers call a Turnip is not a swede. Different taste, different veggie.

A swede is a yellow/orange root veggie. Our turnips are white with purple tops.

'UK Swede = US rutabaga (or, yellow turnip)

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Learn something new every day. I always wondered what rutabaga was, but I love yellow turnip!
