Ok got a touch but not that excited about it, it is a transfer notice, they are sending my petition to California service center, but I am living in Florida, I thought they would send it to the closest center, but they just figured this out when we applied April 17, 2008. I love the efficiency of these agency's, bless their heart they must work so hard to lose tons of paper work and handing out delays.

I guess we can look at it as.... "it's better to be touched a little bit, rather than being left to touch yourself"... I"m glad they at least took a look at ur case and hopefully it'll get movin quickly

edited to say... that really sounded bad....

Be happy, most the people who get their stuff to California end up getting their approvals soon after that...my I-130 is only a few days after yours...I wish they would also transfer mine!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I know that you said you aren't that excited, but I am really really hoping and praying that this is going to be a sign of good things to come. Maybe they've put it to CSC so they can start working on it and moving it along!! I'm praying for you Ganja!! You are always so sweet and supportive of everyone else and I really hope that your day is coming ASAP!!!! (F)(L)

I think your case being transfered to CSC is really good news!

There was some discussion in another forum (K3 - ?) of another big transfer like the one this past August, they noted the only cases that typically get transfered are CR1s (I think yours is K3-?) - so congrats & hopes for a speedy journey to you & your SO :star:

Thanks so much, I can't wait till my husband is home and than I can really read and watch disturbing things, I get so scared, last time I saw my husband I had the serial killer bible, all my husband does is pray that I get a nice spot in the hospital doing marriage counseling, or just quick interventions, my whole family is pulling for a hospital spot, NONE OF THEM see me in the prision. Also with this new dog the oldest daughter found and now has adopted me as the mother, I tend to not tell my husband that the dog is a little blind and does have accidents, I figured let him come home and find out for himself. lol Alissa is his girl, they both have same interests, and she will follow him into teaching, so whatever Alissa does is all Good, so at least she is the one that found the dog. lol
