Do you not have any local places near your work that offer healthier alternatives? You don't always have to eat at a chain :P

I suggest making your own stuff to bring to work even if you have to get up a few minutes earlier. Your body will thank you :)

eta: I refuse to eat fast food. If I eat anything from a chain it's a veggie delight on wheat from Subway.

Interesting article but I've heard this before from the documentary, King Corn. It's about two guys who grow an acre of corn and then follow where it might go once it's harvested. Kind of horrifying, especially the part about the cows. I didn't realize that eating an exclusively grain based diet could kill them so quickly. They consume a lot of antibiotics to keep them alive until they reach market weight.
