Nope, but then again, as mentioned about a hundred times in this topic the expectation was for GM to better their technology from the EV1, rather than canning it. Ironically, look where they are now. Their EV1 means nothing because of their own decision-making, not mine, or California's, or anyone else's.

Right now, brilliant car companies like Tesla have brought BEVs here and will likely do a much better and faster job than even GM, with far fewer resources than them. Look forward to seeing their new $30K and $60K BEVs in a couple years. Around the time we plan on having money saved for a new car.

You should be thankful. Because of this green revolution your gas prices will ultimately get cheaper.

did anyone in govt. ever think that maybe nafta is the cause of this and not general motors. maybe they shipped out to many jobs so not enought jobs here for people to buy the product. after all...if ur a gm employee u have loyalty to them...buying their cars...if ur not working for them..then no need to feel loyal and go elsewhere for cars. so they should bail them out since their nafta program didnt work.

California in their infinite wisdom, wanted all these coal fired plants to be located east of their state border costing their residents a fortune. Have to look at the total picture.
