I called today but I got the same old "canned" message from them. When I called yesterday and spoke with VSC officer she told me that they will not only transfer I-130 but what ever is in there que they will try to ease up the load. I dont know how much of this info is true or not, but thats all she told me.

I am so sorry guys. Hang in there but you might want to contact your congressman concerning this. They may be able to atleast get the waters stiring. I wish you good luck. Don't give up.

I have try contact my congressman and senator, but when they inquire about my at USCIS they get same canned message that we all get from reps at USCIS. I dont know what to do now. Its so frustrating, I wish there was way.

I am calling on Monday, hopefully the dates will be changed and I can rough up somebody's day if I don't get the positive resopnse I have been waiting for. I am also sending out 5 signed letters to various senators and officials including within USCIS. I don't know how much difference it will make, but I'll definitely take a shot at it...

I called today USCIS in my break time and spoke with a cust. serv rep. he told me to wait until I have the 6 months ( is in 11/21) after that i can request an appoitment in my local USCIS office,surprisse when I try to make an infopass appoitment, is not available for now what is this? a joke? I feel so fustrated, also I told him about my expedite case he don't have any answer... I will wait until the 21 in the mean time I will right a letter to my Congressman what else can I do? any ideas?

Im trying to call Vermont's number... 1-800-375-5283 through skype, but I never get through a live operator.

Does anyone knows a trick? or a way? on how can I talk to a live operator?

coz it's driving me nuts now not getting a NOA after 1 week they received our papers.

has your check been cashed? keep an eye on your check. you will get your NOA in about a week after the check is cashed. looking at your timeline, i doubt you will get your NOA tihs week. I am looking at somewhere next week. good luck!
